We are always working toward creating a work environment that is positive and supportive, so it’s disheartening to hear that we fell short in your case. Your comments about how we can improve around communication, organization, workload and management are heard, and we already have a number of initiatives in progress to address these issues, including adding team members, adding technology, creating career paths and developing a culture manifesto (to name a few!).
