Pros

If you want to learn manipulation and office politics basic, go ahead.

Cons

Where should I even start... `-No work-life balance - No fix hours working (You have to take permission every day from the owner to leave for the day. She won't allow you then too!) -No fixed day of salary -The unlimited workload with unrealistic expectations -You cannot take leave. (They will literally insult you the very next day you got to work) I could only manage to work 3 months in this organization because of the horrific and traumatic atmosphere. During my tenure, at least 3-4 employees resigned. Soe of them within 2-3 days after joining. The list is endless!

Pros

I love my latte and friends and here, I found both. The first 2 months were a struggle - client coordinations, graphics, revisions... but then once I was settled, I enjoyed the everyday learning and new brands. How passionately we discussed them towards our mornings and then went on with our daily work. Now that I have joined a new organisation, when I look back, I realize how BrandBerry has been a major turning point in my career. Businesses generally aren't as passionate as these guys are. A contained org but highly technology driven (which branding agencies are not) and extremely creatively and customer satisfaction driven. I still remember how Gaurav Sir went to the ends of the earth to satisfy the customer. Aayushi ma'm is a sweetheart - so lovely, full of compassion and so down to earth. Always inspiring you to deliver better.

Cons

I think the admin guys can get a little more sweeter to talk to. Rest working with BrandBerry has been eventful.
