Some of the hardest working individuals work within the retail locations. They are faced with giving amazing customer service day in and day out no matter how the customers treat them in return.
Cons
Sales, sales, sales. Slowly but surely the small community bank is turning into a big bank wannabe. It's tiring always having to make a sale off our customers.
Management was barely there and boasted off the success of the other employees.
Scheduling was to their liking and rarely benefited anyone else.
