After finishing University, and with no recruitment experience, Brand Recruitment saw potential in me and hired me as a junior recruiter. After 3 years, I had worked my way up to a senior level and had been given countless opportunities. Having only worked at Brand I decided to try something new and took some time out. Quickly realising that Brand Recruitment was a rare find in the recruitment industry, a place where the directors not only offer great career prospects but also the support and tools to be successful, I returned and was given an incredible opportunity to mentor a new team member.
No task is too much to ask for any member of staff at Brand. Everyone works together as a team here, which is something extremely rare in the recruitment industry. The director is extremely open to hearing any new business propositions that anyone in the business has, and really works with you to try make these ideas reality.
Everyone here at Brand has an exceptional work ethic and really gets to know their market, however, it's important to senior management that everyone also has fun whilst doing so. With quarterly team building socials it gives the team the time to make sure that we're having fun whilst putting in the hours.
For anyone considering a career in recruitment, I would highly recommend Brand, they offer exceptional training, clear progression structure and an office environment where you can enjoy coming to work.
