- Money was always tight. Asked several times to hold paychecks for a few days. I didn't mind as mgt was open with why money was tight. To be expected in growing company.
- Took to long getting rid of coworkers that weren't up to the skillset tasks. Mgt spent to long trying to give them every chance to get with the program. Coddled drama coworkers to much.
-Not enough training. Mgt expected us to figure out what training we needed. Some structure would have been nice.
