Pros

Nothing to say, I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy

Cons

Management is highly inflexible, resistant to new ideas, and often displays an outright spiteful attitude towards staff, particularly when concerns are raised or people push back against unreasonable expectations. Feedback is collected but seemingly ignored unless it flatters leadership. The HR department operates more like an enforcement arm than a support function they’re hostile, vindictive, incompetent and completely lacking empathy. Senior management feels entrenched and resistant to change, with outdated attitudes that make improvement seem unlikely. There is also a strong sense of favouritism and nepotism influencing progression and opportunities within the company. Even basic tools for doing the job are poor, with outdated software and unreliable laptops causing constant frustration, because management refuse to bother to invest in staff or infrastructure. If all of this isn’t bad enough, expect incredibly long hours doing boring repetitive work for pay that is well below market rate.
