The residents are great to work with

Managers are not very nice

Was a good first job after uni to get some clinical experience, taught me a lot

Didn't care about their staff, always understaffed and put in dangerous situations, never listened to those actually working face-to-face with service users on the ward floor, changed our shift pattern without consulting us.
