Pros
The analysts were great to work with--they helped whenever needed and were outgoing. Okay place to start off.
Cons
There is a serious conflict of interest between senior management and human resources, making employees hesitant to reach out about concerns regarding one or the other. Certifications are pushed onto employees and weaponized by upper management to the point that employees feel the need to study dishonestly to pass examinations in order to check a box. The career advancement program was a bait and switch and never truly followed, analysts waited for months for promised pay raises if they ever ended up obtaining them. It was also ridiculous for management to require employees to pay for parking in the building they owned, nevertheless during a pandemic while forcing workers to rotate coming into the office.
