* Wasting your time, doing nothing of any value * Hear praises of CEO (Tariq Farooq) by his holiness himself * Hear Unnecessary preaching * No infrastructure (All are given laptops, and have to handle pretty much every problem came along the way and they even use pirated softwares) * Threats from CEO * Not a Organization but bunch of people come together from here or there. * Big Salary cutoff every month * Late salary arrival (Almost in middle of the month) * No benefits (No leaves, bonuses, e.t.c.) * Ceo's interference with Dev's work (When he knows nothing about the things he is dealing with) * No salary slip is issued (probably for saving taxes * Not a registered company * Office in residential area (to save taxes). * Strict timing from 9-7 (10 hours) and Saturday On (Even then demanding overtime) * A workplace nothing less than a detention center * CEO twice a month sees a piece of code and asks someone else to see it too, and it is code review according to him. * CEO want to be expert at any technology within a week.
