Pros
This company takes a chance on its employees: people who are fresh out of college, cashiers, bartenders, or hair stylists, are given them the opportunity for a new career path in Sales, Technical Support, and Quality Control Positions. Something, that is very rare to find now a days. In fact, if you contact many of the users who have probably placed negative reviews, you will probably find out this exact information. Due to its position of growth, as long as an employee shows the initiative to try to improve policies, procedures, and other pieces. They will listen, and work with you to follow through on getting implemented. Though, they do require the initiative of doing the work. Not simply saying that things need to change, and complaining that they haven't changed. They will reward hard work with growth in the company.
Cons
It is a Steep learning curve, and a lot of work. Due to the size of the company, many employees are working different positions, and can be stressful. There is a high-demand for quick results, and sometimes at the end of the day, which can cause the need to stay over on hours, and for some positions to work a weekend or 2 a year. The hours are a bit later than typical "White Collar" jobs, (9:30 - 6:30). But, this is not a surprise. Because before you accept the job, you are told this.
