Pros
The management team speaks about growing and interested in acquiring companies but the last 5 have been disasters. They have been a direct company with old ties to the Grangers out there but little experience and respect with other channel partners. Leaders can't manage software so they don't get involved or own any software...one acquisition failed - Stopware.
Cons
Terrible with integrating acquisitions. The last several have been complete losers. Magicard, Code and Gravotech. Very little concern for sale people and how they work. Very cheap with pay & commissions. Only concerned with Salesforce and pipeline with no understanding about relationships, growing business and increasing revenue.
