Pros
Everyone is really nice and approachable. They're also very down to earth and supportive. Also, plenty of free parking at the office and driving in the opposite direction of traffic in the morning, so getting to work was so easy.
Cons
If you've been there for a while, significant pay jumps are hard to come by. Guess that's with any company though.
