None in particular you can't find elsewhere. Work hard and there are those who will see it. Make the best of it for yourself.
Cons
Very typical shop culture with little regard for employees welfare and desire to grow. This comes from corporate level downward. Competition in the workplace is good to stimulate growth but it often turns into a counter-productive game of politics here.
