Pros
At Brady employees are the reason that you work there. Many hard working people that are great to work with.
Cons
The company has started to decline over the last 5 years. The pay is not as great and the benefits, which were great at once, are declining. I have concerns on the direction of the company and many managers need to be replaced or get better skills.
