Pros
The people are amazing, I like the ability to work remotely 100% of the time, and I appreciate the good benefits.
Cons
Brado leadership is constantly changing the company structure. This results in multiple rounds of layoffs a year, employees who stayed being so overloaded with work we’re burnt out constantly, and never feeling secure in your employment. The ELT is out of touch and has such bad tunnel vision that they can’t see the big picture or a way to get to being the best in healthcare insight to activation. Their employees suffer for it.
