Pros

- Bozzuto loves to promote their people. I've only been with the company for 2 years and I've already been promoted twice. There is a lot of room for growth. They definitely notice potential. - Employee discount for rent - Location (most properties are easily accessible by public transportation if needed) - Team-oriented/family feel - Outstanding company reputation - Schedule flexibility - Benefits

Cons

- Can be stressful in the office sometimes (comes with the nature of property managent/customer service) - Leasing usually works 3 weekends out of the month - Many systems to learn (but they're working on minimizing it)

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you've experienced our people-first culture and supportive work environment. Building meaningful relationships, maintaining high standards and fostering a strong sense of community are all important parts of our company. We also appreciate your perspective on weekend work. We ensure our team members receive an equivalent amount of time off during the week when working weekends. Our employee's work-life balance is a priority. Thank you again for your review and for everything you contribute to our communities. Sincerely, Caroline, B. SVP.
