      Could definitely be a good job at a stable property.

      Cons

      I worked at a building with lots of architectural issues (sewage problems, water leakages, overall just not built well) and it kind of tainted my experience. This role is also falsely advertised, I was expecting it to be sales and marketing but I ended up being a leasing agent. I had fantastic managers within the building (they were the only reason I stayed as long as I did) but the regional managers were quite relentless. There’s lack of visibility between the owners and management which makes working in the building very hard. The residents were also impossible to deal with and I got harassed a lot :(
