      Pros

      High pay. Stays on market. Culture is great, coworkers are nice. Lenient about schedule and "when" you work.

      Cons

      Workload is intense. Many times will have to work really late into the night to meet deadlines and there is no wiggle room regarding deadlines so if multiple tend to stack up in one month its just a "deal with it" kind of situation. I think accounting is the only role that has this issue with this company though, especially because it is client facing it depends on the ownership groups. I also don't like that despite the fact that I feel overworked the only way for me to take PTO is to put my workload on another employee. It makes me avoid taking PTO, even though they give a good amount.
