      Pros

      If you're lucky I am, you will have great team members on site and knowledgable regional managers that help you grow, have fun, and get you to where you want to be. There is lots of cross training- if you want it- and quick promotions- if you work hard. The money is decent and the commission really helps out. It's a family company with strong values and emphasis on the importance of each employee. The values share ideas of creating better communities and developing green buildings and lifestyles.

      Cons

      The cons I would write would be true for any job. Sometimes you have a coworker not pulling their weight, or you may be dealing with difficult customers that treat you terribly.
