      I know multiple former and current employees who have been passed up on opportunities (Bozzuto loves to say they promote within) to have them given to friends and family of employers. I have seen racist encounters from management, money theft from management, and harassment. When brought to regionals and upper management, nothing was done and no one was willing to have a conversation.
