      Pros

      They pay their employees what they are worth, there is actual work/life balance, employee recognition, wonderful benefits, takes the time to properly train their employees and set them up for success, and the biggest pro to me is how inclusive the company is.

      Cons

      I've been with the company almost two months and I have yet to find a con. I feel like I could retire with Bozzuto.
