Pros
Great company to work at, they have lots of growth opportunities and you can change departments depending on your area of expertise. You have a fixed schedule but the flexibility to work remotely is great. The salary is within the average rates depending on the country you reside in. There is no toxic environment and the company values are great, always looking out for their employees. Really recomended.
Cons
Unfortunately, there are no benefits at the moment. The national holiday days are working days, You get 1 day of paid vacation per day worked, which means 12 days a year, which is quite low. There are no sick paid days, and no maternity leave. Cero benefits. You get paid per hour worked. I still hope this changes in the future.
