Pros
Good staff who care about education, customers & students. People work hard and smart. Good teachers who know what they are doing. Some interesting new projects and business.
Cons
Values are copied from defence force, can't the executive team come up with organisational values themselves? The staff could if they were asked! Disconnect between management & staff The CEO has broken up the HR function, which has disadvantaged staff. We need an integrated HR function. Some executives don't understand the business & it means we all pay a price. Looking to a new Board to fix things up please!
