HR Manager - Human Resources Manager BowTech Employee Review

I was the first employee hired over 9 years ago (even though I left for awhile) and have seen the company grow from 3 to nearly 400 employees.

Extreme Technologies is the parent company of BowTech which is the manufacturer of hunting and target bows. I am not a hunter and therefore it is not an industry in which I feel comfortable or about which I am passionate. There is also a certain lack of appreciation for the administrative staff.

Decent and well lit clean shop, benefits are average,

Nepotism, with bible meetings wednesday mornings. Pay below midrange. Testosterone level high with untrained supervisors. Treat operators with subtle disdain. NO training or upward movement possible.
