Boutiqaat Response
8moThanks for sharing your thoughts and for recognizing stability, light workload, and the environment as positives these reflect the same environment you later described under “cons”, which actually shows how each person’s experience can vary depending on engagement and communication.
At Boutiqaat, we’re proud of the technologies and frameworks we work with from modern Java and .NET microservices to advanced e-commerce architecture. The learning curve here is strong; many of our team members joined early in their careers and have since grown into key roles. If you faced challenges learning or felt unsupported, we encourage open communication with your direct lead that’s exactly how we help people grow.
Regarding salaries, as of this year, our packages are aligned with (and in many cases above) the market. We also continuously review and adjust them to stay competitive. Our on-site model is by design it keeps collaboration high and communication fast across our multi-country teams.
As for cameras, they’re standard for security and safety, not for monitoring individuals. No one is tracked for their movement that’s simply not part of our culture. BTW Cameras do exist in all companies so why not us!.
We’d also like to highlight what you didn’t mention:
Two annual bonuses (yearly and cumulative)
Flexible work hours and permission policies
Team events and gatherings throughout the year
A genuinely supportive and inclusive environment
We always welcome feedback, but it’s important to keep it fair and complete sharing both pros and cons helps readers get a balanced view and maintains trust. If you’re still part of the team or wish to clarify any concerns, please reach out directly to your lead or HR we’ll be happy to listen and help.
