Our on-site model is by design it keeps collaboration high and communication fast across our multi-country teams. As for cameras, they’re standard for security and safety, not for monitoring individuals. No one is tracked for their movement that’s simply not part of our culture. BTW Cameras do exist in all companies so why not us!.
