Pros

Working here truly aligns passion with purpose. Helping students return to school and transform their lives through education is incredibly rewarding. The company genuinely cares about employee development, offering opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. The culture is supportive and inclusive, with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation. Leadership values feedback and makes an effort to ensure everyone feels heard and appreciated. It's inspiring to be part of an organization that not only changes lives for students but also fosters a fulfilling and empowering environment for employees.

Cons

While the work is rewarding, there are a few areas for improvement. There is no 401K match or stock benefit options, which would add significant value for employees. Additionally, the requirement to be in the office five days a week can be challenging, especially when hybrid or remote work options are becoming more standard in many industries.

Pros

The team is very knowledgeable and works really well together, creating a great company culture. The executive team is hands-on and always available, making sure everyone is on the same page. The onboarding process is smooth, with plenty of training and support to help you get up to speed quickly.

Cons

It would be great to see even more in-person collaboration in the office.

Pros

Very few. Potential is superb, but execution is totally missing. The strategy shifted significantly during my tenure.

Cons

The team had individuals who were favored by leadership without any merit. I found that the long-term employees were favored as well. New ideas and approaches were not welcome and outside input was not received. Big focus on producing massive Power Point decks and pretty slides without any real action.
