Zero Support, unprofessional management - The company fails to implement basic, effective management practices. Employees are left without essential direction and priorities, lacking realistic objectives, supportive guidance, or any acknowledgment of effort and achievements. Culture of Fear and Intimidation - I witnessed senior managers yell at and/or harshly criticize employees in front of their colleagues. Unethical Management Behavior - Managers undermined staff by engaging in negative gossip with other employees and colleagues. Furthermore, management consistently acted in bad faith, using manipulation, gaslighting, and dishonesty to mislead employees on key issues like career advancement and terms of departure. The combination of hostile behavior, manipulation, and a lack of support resulted in an intolerably stressful and high-turnover environment. Also, note that three positive reviews were posted on the same day (Nov-9-25). For a company this small, that pattern raises questions about their authenticity.
