Cons
This has been the most disrespectful workplace I have ever encountered. They pay the lowest wages of any company in Ireland. Management lie to the employees, they withhold information and they act disrespectfully to the staff. HR at this studio is worse than nonexistent, they activity undermine the staff, they never reply to emails or requests for information and they are some of the most disturbingly uninformed, and unhelpful people I have ever encountered. For example staff who requested meetings to discuss their salaries were told to wait for months, and eventually told they would be laid off without ever having had the salary discussions they requested. The studio seems like it is about to go under. Mass lay offs are currently forthcoming.
