Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are dedicated to fostering a workplace that is comfortable, transparent, and collaborative for all employees, so it is valuable for us to understand both what we are doing well and where we can improve.
While transparency is a core value of our organization, we are unable to disclose reasons behind a staff member’s departure due to employment law. Sometimes, this is also guided by the employee’s choice. We respect their privacy, which we know is challenging for other employees who may not have all of the information.
Regarding salaries and pay increases, our compensation is based on market rates by an outside consultant. Our total compensation package includes paid sick leave, paid vacation leave for full time staff, 403(b) with generous employee match, health/dental/vision and other voluntary benefits, and tuition discounts for full time staff. In addition, our teachers also receive four paid weeks for school breaks during the year, flexibility in schedules, as well as the option to work or not during the summer.
We are always looking to improve, and as we grow, we continue to refine our approach and practices. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and your feedback.
