Working environment has improved so much over the past. Very supportive leadership, tight knit smiling and happy staff. Every day is fun and ends knowing we each made a difference. Amazing what a good place it's become!

It's a very small non profit and salaries sometimes reflect that.

In spite of themselves, they do good things for seniors in the community. A great group of volunteers.

Toxic work environment with extraordinarily high turnover that has been going on for years. Management and the board of directors are in a constant state of rebuilding this organization, with very little continuity from year-to-year. The work environment breeds unprofessionalism, favoritism, gossip, and bad morale.
