sodo is out of the way and hard to get to. Christmas time the work is very demanding.

Zero. Literally not one single positive thing about this company.

Literally the worst company I’ve worked for. They don’t appreciate talent or recognize hard working employees. They do not know how to take knowledge, ideas or recommendations from experienced horticulturists. The majority of workers, prune improperly and need training. Management is some of the worst I’ve seen, terrible at basic communication. Management knows nothing about fertilization, and over fertilize to toxic levels.
