Home allot, travel allot, work in cool temperature environments.

You will not get 40hrs per. weekly. You will note be provided the proper PPE to preform a task. You will constantly lift sand buckets filled with sand up to 65 pounds. You would constantly lift panels that are up to 45 pounds. You would constantly work with the chemical substance aceton without the proper respirator in protecting you from the chemical fumes. You would constantly assist management on builds as they are not familiar with the construction nor panels to be used within the builds. You will constantly experience confusion from costumers as they are consistently needing changes to order of builds. The pay for this job is 24.hr when that is under paying in this retail business. You will not get a raise when it's time and you will be fired or laid off before the period arrives. I worked for this company for 3 yrs and it was a headache. I had to clean panels with the chemical agent aceton and breathe it daily without the proper Personal Protection Equipment. I also was force to use the saws in the same stated manor with safety glass to protect my eyes. No harnesses is used when tall builds are made and employees are just left with the option of just being safe. Management also lack knowledge of build inventory and act as a security to gather job. No concern is shown for the employees and you are just used as a gopher to bring income to to the company.

There is a lot material and support when it comes to training. Some of the people are great.

Drama. Lack of leadership. Customers who are used to being rude to employees. Lack of HR involvement. Toxic employees and a lot of favoritism
