Pros
Boston Engineering is a great place to learn and grow. Diversity of projects and smart and experienced engineers make for many opportunities to soak up know-how from coworkers. Environment is open and flexible - do your work well and on time and you'll be given a lot of flexibility to define your path.
Cons
Traffic on I95 getting to the office can be bad, but not applicable to everyone (closer you live, less relevant this is). Vacation (2 weeks vacation until 5 years, 3 weeks after 5 years) and company holidays (2 floating personal days, but MLK, Presidents, Patriots, Veterans, Columbus, Christmas Eve aren't given) are on the lower side compared to what is anecdotally standard in the tech industry (3 weeks + MLK, Presidents, Veterans, Christmas Eve)
