      Some of the senior level from HR to the OD look down on the office staff and expect them to act like a slave. No work life balance, expect you to only work for them and commit your entire life to the job but the pay isn’t reflective of that type of commitment. Lots of favoritism. Snake like environment

      You know what you're getting yourself into. It's a fantastic place to meet people and get started on your professional career.

      Cons

      Micromanaging and unrealistic expectations arise when your team doesn't have trust. Also, consulting work in general is decreasing in quality and scope since AI can do so much.
