Pros
*great people to work with and company truly cares with its vertical and horizontal feedback system *mixed feelings about the projects here, but that's the norm in the consulting world. Some times projects and clients are great and you leave the project having a great sense of accomplishment. Some times you wonder if you've made any real impact after spending 80 hour weeks on the project. But the exposure to great projects is definitely worthwhile
Cons
*not "diverse". Worked for Bain and BCG and like all companies, diversity is important. What does that actually mean? Out of the consultants working in the Chicago office, maybe one out of every 20 is not white. And if you are non-white, your chances of getting an interview and ultimately getting an offer is small compared to a white candidate *hours can be unpredictable depending on the case. Everyone knows that.
