Great place to work if you’re on the right team, however there are lots of pockets of resistance throughout the organization, whether in consulting where people are still clinging onto billable work that slowly dying or in IT where people still think ITIL and exit gates in waterfall is still applicable in the type of work we do now you're going to run into friction and lots of people that are trying to earn a spot not by competence, evolution, and change but by clinging on to processes that are antiquated.
