Stephen the owner, who is a very smart man, makes very poor personnel choices. He is a second generation owner who has done a lot to educate himself. He unfortuneatly has put too much stock in his inside sales people to the detriment of the company overall. The biggest fault of this company is a lack of a real sales approach other than to jack the prices sky high and hope a prospect really needs it. If they really want to jumpstart their business, bring someone in that can lead positive change
