I'd work for them again and I'll be loyal to them for life. They were good to me when I was just a hostess, a lead hostess, and then a waitress. If you're good at what you do they won't want to lose you easily. It was a bit tricky to transition from lead hostess to waitress because I was good at the role and passionate about the responsibilities. I eventually did move up though; the possibilities for making good money are amazing.

Can miss lunch breaks at times.
