Low pay compared to other local companies. Upper management and CEO don't have good understanding of the employees and what needs to be done. It seems like CEO is still confused after transition from JCI to Bosch and he doesn't know how to improve the company. We still have lots of job freezes that doesn't make any sense and the company needs new job openings to improve
