Base salary is okay. Parking possibilities Good canteen, spacious offices - but only at the main campus in Budapest.
Cons
The recruiting team and the managers know how to sell the positions but you're actually tricked into a very low level administrative role in an outsourced operations hub. During the onboarding days you get to learn the "cool" Bosch site in Budapest but actually you're forced to spend your office days in Vecsés, close to the airport in an industrial area. The seat reservation system does not function properly. If you don't arrive very early morning (7-7:30am), it can happen that you won't find a free desk. Work is ticket based and very monotonous, workload is very high, processes are slow, sometimes chaotic, still under development. If you have any kind career aspirations in HR, don't come here. This is just an SSC and has not much to do with BOSCH as you'd expect it. Global colleagues from the "real" Bosch treat you as their assistants and won't hesitate to blame you for mistakes.
