Upper management is white and male and permits a silent sexism, even in areas outside of engineering. Many new and more progressive employees witness it, but hands are tied so it continues. It's a German company with biases coming from Germany. Not a good place for women, unless you're young, beautiful, but don't count on becoming upper management even then. I saw many capable women get overlooked for executive positions, while they're male colleagues who had been there for only a short period get promoted and get more challenging work. NOT GOOD !They have a woman CFO, but she is the token woman. Everyone sees this bias, and the insecure ones want to keep it going.
