Salary is too low. Senior employees are not appreciated at all, except if you are extraordinarily competent. The company keeps on boasting that it is so proud of the current number of employees (2000+), and it is planning to increase that number even more. Yeah, but the downside is, the old employees are not appreciated. They are not satisfied with the job and so many have left the company.

Too many processes to be done, just for a single simple coding task. Coding takes around 10 - 20 % of the work load, the remaining is process job.
