Pros
Bosch is a socially responsible employer that creates real value for society through innovation and product development. The company is extremely international, offering great opportunities for high performing associates to work abroad.
Cons
As with many large companies, the rules and processes can be frustruating at times. The structure is somewhat bloated in Europe due to employment practices and difficulty in downsizing, which is a drag on overall company profitability.
