Great name on CV and you really get to understand how a stock exchange work, Good bonuses
Cons
It is impossible to grow your career internally, the top management has been there for ages and they just dont wanna leave. They do not invest in young professional and the HR department is useless. They speak about career development and empowering people but in reality they just wanna take cost low.
