-Frequent burnout, always expected to do 130%, working long hours during the day -Company is growing very fast, quite a lot of growing pains -Compensation is subpar to industry standards -Sexism in the workplace, dissuaded from speaking with HR about specific instances -No bonuses are being awarded this year, which shows it's highly variable on how well the company does each year and how the big structural changes are impacting the current employees
