Tasks not always clearly delegated; not enough positive feedback on work from top management; cramped office; some outsourcing; sometimes long hours with little communication; unpaid internship

working from home, that’s about it.

The employer sold the company to get out of debt to a dodgy company. All employees got left in the dust without pay and no explanation. The new director was non existent never reached out to anyone just tried to close the company.
