Pros

Work from Home Set up and Benefits

Cons

Booth & Partners was once known for caring about its people and standing apart from traditional BPOs—but that’s no longer the case. Over time, it has adopted the same toxic patterns of the industry: internal politics, unclear communication, and leadership that prioritizes their own image over employee welfare. Major structural changes were made without proper alignment or consultation, leading to widespread confusion and broken trust. Management—particularly newly hired leaders—have made decisions that feel disconnected from the company’s original values. Promises were made but not fulfilled, and employees were left in the dark, hoping for clarity and fairness that never came. The supposed commitment to "People, Planet, Prosperity" feels like empty branding now, with people being the least prioritized. There’s a growing sense of burnout due to unrealistic workloads from restructuring, no transparency on salary adjustments, and unfulfilled promises of retroactive pay. How can one department receive increases while others are left waiting indefinitely? Talented people have left not because they wanted to—but because they had to. Employees don’t work here for fun; they work to make a living and deserve respect and fair compensation. If B&P wants to retain what's left of its good image and loyal workforce, it needs to listen, act, and restore the culture it once proudly stood for.

Pros

Fast hiring process and that’s it

Cons

They will prioritize their clients over their employees. Meaning, if ever an investigation was launched against you. They wouldn’t bother to hear your side and just deem you guilty of the things that clients accused you of. Slow response time from superiors. After separation, they don’t even give you confirmation regarding your exit process.
