Flexible hours. You can request if you want to work more hours or less. Just make sure it's made in advance.
Cons
Not suitable for students. Too much work to close the store, especially when you are working alone or with someone. Getting paid student minimum, even when working really hard. Took time to be trained for a lot of procedures. 1 free smoothie after working a shift only.
