Pros
Good place for interns since they are not required to work long hours. Pay is good when you are hourly employee getting paid overtime and doubletime.
Cons
This is not a typical CPA firm. There is no planning involved in project management, everythig is prepared last minute. All full time staff is required to work long hours for most of the year which causes very high staff turnover.
