Pros
- I agree with several reviews highlighting the quality of the office, it’s a great space to work in. - Convenient location with easy access for commuting. - Talented and supportive colleagues across teams. - Some managers are highly approachable and invested in your growth (though experience may vary depending on your direct leader). - Strong product with a compelling value proposition in the market. - Solid marketing support with a healthy budget that drives awareness and pipeline.
Cons
- If you're looking to grow and elevate your career long-term, this may not be the ideal place. Leadership operates with an outdated mindset, as noted in other reviews and I agree. - Discounting is often the default strategy, rather than leading with value. - Strategy tends to come from the top down, driven heavily by VP-level and his sidekick ( who is useless btw, he has a terrible attitude) pressure to hit quarterly numbers, often at the expense of long-term planning or rep well-being. - There’s a culture of overpromising to close deals (95% retention rate we all know it's a BIG LIE!!) - Success often feels driven more by luck than by process, and most reps on the floor are aware of it. - Territory assignment is highly uneven, creating major disparities in opportunity. - Favoritism is noticeable , lead distribution is inconsistent and lacks fairness. - Significant pay discrepancies exist across reps in the same role (I've personally seen differences of $30–40K), which creates frustration and lack of trust. - Pricing is often out of sync with competitors. While leadership encourages value-based selling, internal strategy rarely supports it making it hard to win deals without heavy discounting.
